Luis E. Canales, Esq.

Founding Partner

Attorney Luis E. Canales is a Honduran immigrant and first-generation American who became a licensed attorney in New Jersey. He is a former asylee to the United States who knows first hand the difficulties and hurdles that immigrants face in this great country.

Mr. Canales obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors in 2014.

Attorney Luis E. Canales obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2017.

Because of his background, Attorney Luis E. Canales will assist you and your family member(s) in the most compassionate manner possible.

Gladys Rivera

Manager

Gladys is from Nicaragua but has lived in the United States for 24 years. Her native language is Spanish, and English is her second language. Gladys obtained her bachelor’s degree in Educational Administration at the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua, Managua. Also, she is a teacher and Administrative Technician. She studied English at Rowan University here in New Jersey. She is grateful for the opportunity to work with the Canales Law Offices team so she can gain more knowledge and experience in immigration law to be able to help more within the Hispanic community.

Diana Rebollar

Diana is an American born citizen who graduated from law school, passed the bar exam and is awaiting her law license to help our immigrant community.

Anthony S. Sanchez Lacayo

Legal Assistant

Anthony is a native of Nicaragua, where he completed his high school education in the City of Chinandega. He immigrated to the United States in 2023 through the Humanitarian Parole program, which grants temporary admission to people facing urgent humanitarian situations. He works as a legal assistant for Attorney Canales, providing excellent customer service and efficient case management for our clients. He is a valuable member of our team and a dedicated professional.
